Antique Japanese Zen silver leaf landscape 1800 Wabisabi moon light painting

Antique Japanese Zen art painting, moon light landscape, silver leaf painting Sumi-e ink on silver technique, early 1800 Edo era, 2 panel painting from Japanese Tokonoma room. Medium conditions, wear from use and time. Silver leaf surface oxidation, original ink painting still visible. Bronze Hikite handles. Antique Edo era Tokonoma sliding panels.

Period:  1800 - 1880 Edo-Meiji era

Dimensions:  the 2 panels together H 28 W 180 cm, total weight 1.570 Kg + wrapping
