Antique Japan Misuya-Dansu Edo era home furniture 1862 carpenter craft wood cabinet 

Antique Misuya-Dansu Japanese home furniture hand craft wood, cabinet, natural finishing, iron handles. Made of 8 draws, 1 sliding opening, good interlocking joints, top sliding out handles for outdoor transport, hand made furniture Edo era furniture with it's 3 original working locks and keys. Solid structure, some wear from usage and time, some insect erosion and wood time expansion, in original conditions as found. Immediately usable, please see photos.

Period:  purchased on August 1862 as reported on top panel (文久二年八月) late Edo era

Dimensions: H 94.5 W 92 D 43 cm, total weight 36.400 Kg + wrapping

Conditions: medium good, some wear marks from usage and time, doors and panels in order wear from long sliding, please see all photos.
