Antique Japanese Edo era collapsible candle stand 1800 Japan bronze art

Antique Japanese Edo era Rosokutate collapsible candle stand. Used by Buddhist monk for out door chanting. Simple and functional bronze craft technique, nice patina. Good conditions, strong joints, some wear from usage and time, old wax sediments. All original parts in place, immediately usable.

Period: 1750 - 1850 Edo

Dimensions:  H 34 cm, weight 0.210 Kg + wrapping
