Japan Miso bowl hand carved lacquered wood cups Maki-e art 1930

Antique Japanese set of 10 Owan Miso bowls, Wajima hand craft lacquered wood bowls decorated with Sensu dancing fan motif with original wood box, each one carved from single wood block, all immediately usable. Light wear marks from usage and time, no fractures, no pealing, one Owan has a small damage on edge, wear on wood box, immediately usable.

Period: 190 - 1930
