Antique Japan esoteric Buddhist monk temple wood carving sculpture 1600 Zen craft.

Antique Buddhist temple monk Japan wood carving with glass eyes small candle stand and partly preserved rosary. The statue shows multiple antique restorations, central drapery oldest part well preserved.  Interesting Buddhist devotional sculpture. Wear from time and usage, wood expansion. 

Period: 1600 - 1700 early Edo era

Dimensions: H 55 cm, weight 6.550 Kg + wrapping

Conditions: poor, some wear from time and usage, wood expansion, antique restorations. Please see photos.
