Description:

Antique Japanese Maru-Andon lantern architecture 1850 original Meiji craft.

Well preserved antique Maru-Andon lantern traditional Japanese interior. Good conditions, wood structure is well preserved and robust, all parts working. Some wear from time and long usage, paper has been recently replaced. Complete of  iron handle, bronze wax dish and iron pendulum candle holder. 
Japanese historical item in original conditions immediately usable.

Period: 1850 - 1900 Edo - Meiji era

Dimensions:  total H to handle 85 cm, Diam 32 cm, total weight  1.890 Kg + wrapping.

Conditions: good, some wear marks from long usage and time, new paper. Please see all photos.
