Antique Japanese Buddhist temple bronze bell 1781 hand craft

Antique Japanese bronze bell for Buddhist Zen temple, deep long sound chanting bell. Nice patina and craft, engraved dated by top rim May 1781. Good conditions, some wear from long use and time, found with an old silk Zabuton and a worn Bachi hitter, very nice sound and vibrations. Please request recording for sound. Historical temple chanting bell, complete as in photos.

Period:  dated May 1781 (天明元年五月下) (year of craft or donation)

Dimensions: Diam 33.5 cm, total weight 3 Kg + wrapping
