Antique Japan Zen night writing candle stand bronze Shokudai 1800

Antique Japanese bronze candle stand for night Zen writing all in good conditions with original wood box, complete in all its parts with it's original wood case. For calligraphy table use or on Tatami mat. Nice patina and design, made from rich copper bronze content, total height 33 cm. Very good conditions, some wear from time and use, nice bronze craft. Historical item with original wood box.

Period: 1800 Edo era

Dimensions: H 33 cm, base Diam 11 cm, total weight with wood box 1.200 Kg + wrapping.
