Antique Inro Maki-e medicine box 1700s Japanese historical lacquer craft.

Antique lacquered Inro medicine box with remarkable Maki-e Japanese landscape and architecture. Made of 5 sections all decorated with refined lacquer, glass bead and dears horn Netsuke. Well preserved, some light wear from usage and time visible. Item comes with protective wood box.

Period: 1700s mid Edo era 

Dimensions: H 9 cm, total weight 0.110 Kg + wrapping

Conditions: good, some wear marks from time and usage, no fractures, please see photos.
