Antique big size Japan gold leaf painting Byobu 1700 art wind screen

Antique Japanese Byobu painting 6 panels screen. Idealized gold floating garden with birds, spring, Matsu tree and flowers. Very ornamental and rich in gold light. Watercolor on gold leafed paper technique. 
Signed by artist on lower left side: Kano Ryusetsu (狩野 柳雪 1647 - 1712) Ryusetsu school art craft. Medium good conditions, wear from time and exposure especially on border areas, old gold leaf restorations. Originally mounted on old wood wind screen panels they have been salvaged and partly restored.  Please visualize all photos (additional detailed photos available on request).

Period:  1700 - 1750 early Edo era

Dimensions: total size of the 6 paper panels L 358 H 146 cm, total weight 3 Kg + wrapping

Conditions:  medium good, wear from long exposure and time. To be handled with care. Please see all detailed photos.
