Vintage Japan Koi carp kite 1900 Japanese rural craft Koinobori Kintaro wind craft

Vintage Japanese Koi-Nobori carp flag and Kintaro hand made dye, rural Japan craft kite in the shape of carp fish with Kintaro Japanese folklore.
POOR CONDITIONS, extensive wear from long usage and time, no longer usable as flag, very brittle. Made from cotton and bamboo natural materials. Japan Gifu rural Japan craft wind art.

Period: 1900 - 1950

Dimensions:  L 503W 85 cm,  total weight  0.670 kg +  wrapping
