Fukusuke Fortune deity Japan ceramic sculpture, hand made terracotta rustic craft ceramic, kneeling in the formal Seiza posture. He features a distinctively large head, a samurai topknot (chonmage), puff-sleeved ceremonial samurai garments (kamishimo), and a pleasant, welcoming smile. Medium good conditions, wear from long usage and time, no fractures, original pigments still partly visible. Japanese rural character.
