Antique Japanese scroll ink Zen painting of Japanese Washi eagle stalking sparrow, Sumi ink and Fude brush technique, expressive and good rendering of feathers and rocks and water. Very good conditions, professional restoration of the silk on new support. Signed and sealed by artist on lower side (Tachihara Jin 1786 - 1840). Japanese Edo art with protective Kiri wood box. 

Period: 1800s late Edo era

Dimensions: L 210 W 59 cm,  weight 0.940 Kg + wrapping

Conditions: very good, light wear marks from time and long usage on silk painting. Please see photos.
