Antique Tetsubin Japan sand cast iron kettle with wood lid, used by nobility or higher class to heat winter Sake, very nice shape and size, handle shaped as Hebi prone, side with geometrical Sensu motif, good conditions, no leaks, fracture on left side of spout,  Japan tea culture antique.

Period: dated on box February 1811 (文化七年二月)

Dimensions:  H with handle 16 cm , weight 0.580 Kg + wood box and wrapping.

Conditions: medium good, some wear from usage, fracture by spout, please see photos.
