Japan bronze bell Kane Buddhist temple 1956 Japanese architecture

Kane Japanese Buddhist bronze bell from Amida-Ji Buddhist tample in Gifu Hashima dated March 1954, made/offered by Okamoto Taemon. Good conditions nice patina from long expousure, decorated with geometrical frieze and dragon shaped tip, the bell comes with a wood hitter. Nice sound, no fractures. Immediately usable.

Period: dated by inscription March 1956

Dimensions: H 44 cm, bottom Diam 27 cm, weight 11.530 Kg + wrapping and casing.

Conditions:  good, light wear marks from usage, no fractures. Please see photos.
