【アンティーク・ヴィンテージ品の性質について】

アンティーク及びヴィンテージ品の特性上、経年による使用感・小傷・変色などが見られる場合があります。ご購入前に、パソコンなどの大きな画面で商品画像を十分にご確認ください。

【返品・キャンセルについて】

  • 発送前のキャンセル: 発送前であればキャンセルを承ります。ご希望の場合は、発送通知前にメールにてご連絡ください。
  • 発送後のキャンセル・変更: 商品発送後のキャンセル・変更はお受けできません。
  • 返品の期限: 商品到着後7日以内にご返送ください。返品前に必ずメールにてご連絡ください。

▼ 誤発送・配送中の破損（弊社都合）

  •  全額返金または商品の交換をいたします。間違って届いた商品や破損した商品は、ご返送いただく必要があります。
  • 返送料は弊社が負担いたします。

▼ お客様都合による返品

  • 商品はお届け時と同じ状態（破損・変形・加工等ない状態）でご返送ください。
  • 返送料はお客様負担となります。
  • 発送時の送料は返金対象外となります。

 

国際発送についてのご注意：

いかなる場合でも、配送時に発生した関税や現地消費税は返金できません。

 

ANTIQUE/VINTAGE STATUS

  • Due to the nature of antique/vintage items wear and aging are to be expected. Please visualize all items images on wide screen before purchase.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Order cancellation Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by mail before it is marked as shipped.
  • Order cancellation  After Shipping: Once shipped your orders cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Return Period: Order must be returned within 7 days from delivery, please notify before returning by mail.

▼ Different item / Shipment Damage (Our Fault)

  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or replacement. Different or Shipment Damage item will need to be returned.
  • Shipping Fees: We will cover return shipping cost.

▼ Change of Mind

  • Item must be returned in the same condition as receives (no alterations). Buyer pays return shipping cost.
  • Shipping Fees: Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

International shipments please note:

CUSTOM FEES AND LOCAL TAX AT DELIVERY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE
