Antique Tako-tsubo octopus fishing trap in use in Japan from antiquity, nice incrustations of old sea creatures. Nice character, fracture on bottom side, wear from long extensive use. Previus owner has put some inner cement in order to se vase as flower vase and making it more stable. Antique Japanese rural sea utensil. 

Period: 1800s

Dimensions:  H 23 cm, top Diam 16 cm, weight 5.330 Kg + wrapping.

Conditions:  poor, wear from extensive long usage. Please see photos.
